Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Enrollment: By registering as an affiliate with GCMS Notes Request, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Affiliate Obligations: Affiliates must use ethical marketing practices. Misleading claims, spamming, or any form of unethical advertising are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination from the program.

3. Commission: Affiliates earn a commission of 20% per completed sale generated through their unique referral link. Commissions are calculated based on net sales.

4. Payment: Payments are processed via PayPal. Affiliates will receive payments once their earnings reach a minimum threshold of CAD $50. Payments are processed with a 15-day grace period after reaching the threshold to account for possible order cancellations.

5. Tracking and Reporting: Affiliate referrals and sales are tracked using SliceWP software. Affiliates can access their performance reports and earnings via the affiliate dashboard provided.

6. Termination: GCMSNotesRequest.ca reserves the right to terminate affiliate accounts at any time for breach of these terms, unethical behavior, or any actions that harm our brand.

7. Modifications: GCMSNotesRequest.ca may modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified via email of any significant changes. Continued participation signifies acceptance of any updates.

8. Liability: GCMSNotesRequest.ca is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from affiliate participation.

9. Independent Contractor: Affiliates operate as independent contractors. Nothing in this agreement establishes employment, partnership, or joint venture.

10. Compliance: Affiliates agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
