By using the services of GCMS Notes Request, you agree to the following terms and conditions: The information accessed by GCMS Notes Request is obtained under the Access to Information Act and Privacy Act of Canada. GCMS Notes Request is not affiliated with any Canadian Government Agency.
Handling of Personal Information
The information provided by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) is delivered to you as is, without any modifications, concealments, changes, or omissions. After successfully transferring the electronic or paper files to you, the files are deleted after 25 days to protect your privacy.
All electronic information obtained from you is handled and stored in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Payments
GCMS Notes Request accepts payments by Credit and Debit cards from leading financial institutions like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and other payment options like PayPal, AliPay, and ApplePay. If you cannot make a payment with any of the mentioned methods, we can accommodate your needs by offering wire transfers and other modes of payment as per your convenience.
All payments made are subject to clearance and you are bound by the terms and conditions set by the respective payment gateways used by GCMS Notes Request.
Refunds
All transactions are non-refundable. This includes cases where the requested information is delayed or refused under the law by any federal agency. In exceptional cases where a payment has been made but the request has not yet been filed with a federal agency, GCMS Notes Request may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the reason cited for seeking the refund.
Disputes
We at GCMS Notes Request strive to assist you in obtaining information from Canadian Agencies and will process your requests as quickly as possible. If a dispute arises out of or in connection with this contract, the parties agree to meet to pursue resolution through negotiation or another appropriate dispute resolution process before resorting to litigation.
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. The parties submit all disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in the Scarborough, Ontario, Canada.
